AAS Fall Executive Committee meeting A copy of the Executive Committee Agenda is also posted on the Academy website (www.alabamaacademyofscience.org). A map of the campus is available at http://www.samford.edu/map_cmps.html, from which you can also print customized directions to the campus. Please notice on the agenda that you are scheduled to provide a report at this meeting. Your report should be prepared as a WORD document and must include the agenda item number for your report (for example B2 for President’s, B7 for Journal Editor’s, etc. reports) in the upper right hand corner of the report. Please go to the Academy website and upload your report using the pull down menu for Executive Committee reports. All reports need to be submitted by the close of business on October 15th whether or not you will be in attendance, because these constitute 90% of the published minutes of the meeting. We will then generate a complete compilation of these reports and have this available for each attendee on the web and available as a hard at the meeting.
