AAS Fall 2011 Executive Committee MeetingDetails
AAS Fall Executive Committee meeting Please notice on the agenda that you are scheduled to provide a report at this meeting. Your report should be prepared as a WORD document and must include the agenda item number for your report (for example B2 for President's, B7 for Journal Editor's, etc. reports) in the upper right hand corner of the report. For section chairs, note that the new section numbers and names as approved at our Spring 2010 annual meeting, are now being used. [Section chair names listed in the agenda with each section title are the latest I have been given. If you are not the current chair, please let me know who is the current chair.] Please go to the Academy website and upload your report using the pull down menu for Executive Committee reports. All reports need to be submitted by the close of business on September 30th and need to be submitted whether or not you will be in attendance. A complete compilation of these reports will be distributed to you by Thursday so you will have this available for the morning. As usual Larry Davenport will be providing us with breakfast. If you desire a breakfast, please go to http://doodle.com/vbh95c9ck8ns6a5e no later than October 6th to register your request. This is essential to permit him to get an accurate count for the breakfast that will be available for you on Saturday morning beginning at 7:30 AM. We look forward to your participation in this meeting.
